Return Policy

We are confident you'll be satisfied with your purchases, but contact us if for any reason you are not: we welcome your feedback and are dedicated to your complete music-making satisfaction.

Discretionary Returns:

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 45 days of the original purchase date. Opened CDs are not returnable unless defective. Returned items must be in their original condition and must be accompanied by a Packing/Return Authorization Slip with the return section filled out. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please allow up to three weeks for your return to be processed. Your refund will be processed in the same manner in which the original payment was made.

Defective Item Returns:

Defective merchandise, excluding normal wear and tear, may be returned for exchange or refund for up to six months after original purchase. Music Together LLC will be responsible for the costs associated with the return and replacement shipping.

Discrepancies and Shipping Damage:

Any order discrepancies or shipping damage must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Please retain all packing materials for damaged shipments, as the carrier may need to inspect them. Music Together LLC will be responsible for the costs associated with return and replacement shipping.
